Working mainly in pastel on paper or card, Sarah has taken inspiration for her exhibition from the views she sees daily from her home as well as still life studies of homegrown flowers, fruit and vegetables.

Situated on the fully accessible first floor of the Museum, the cafe offers homemade soup, fresh scones, delicious coffee, teas and homebaking.
If you are needing to rest and refuel before enjoying the Museum, or after walking the Achtercairn Archaeology Trail - or even if you are passing through - we hope you pop in to take in our wonderful views and warm welcome.

Lovely staff, the food was exceptional. If you are in the area it’s worth a visit (as is the museum) location is wonderful, looking out at the water.
Another visit to a great place. Food is excellent and all involved are all smiles! Home made soup was ideal for a windy, wet day!
