Foraging Advice
Materials that work best for nest-making:
Long, flexible plant stems:
Straw
Long grass
Willow twigs
Bendy reeds
Responsible foraging

Minimise damage: take no more than you plan to use. Stick to paths and take care not to damage areas you are collecting from.
Uprooting plants is harmful so cut grasses above the ground and avoid damaging plant roots.

Only collect from plentiful populations: Only collect plants where they are in abundance.
​
Don’t take cultivated crops.
